1. WEEK 20 Tuesday, January 31st 2023 Unit 4: In the bedroom Lesson 3 A. Objective: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: 1. Let’s talk: - Have sts look at 2 groups of pictures, elicit the names - G1: Bill, Ann, Dan; G2: dog, cat, desk - Point to Bill, model: This is Bill. - Point to the cat, model: This is my cat. - Do the same with others - Have sts work in pairs, base on the model to practice talking - Call some sts talk aloud - Have sts introduce some names of friends in their class - Have sts draw something (ball/book/ cat/ dog/ bag/ apple ) and present: This is my - Give feedback 2. Phẩm chất, năng lực chung: 2.1. Phẩm chất: - Nhân ái, chăm chỉ, trung thực, trách nhiệm. 2.2. Năng lực: - Tự giác học tập, tham gia vào các hoạt động trong giờ học. - Biết thu nhận thơng tin từ tình huống, nhận ra những vấn đề và giải quyết được vấn đề. - Biết được mối quan hệ giữa các con vật trong tự nhiên. 3. Vận dụng được kiến thức kĩ năng được hình thành trong bài học để giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn. II. Đồ dùng 1. Giáo viên: Sách TN&XH lớp 1; Tranh ảnh minh hoạ 2. Khởi động ( 5 phút) * Mục tiêu:Tạo hứng thú và khơi gợi những hiểu biết đã cĩ của học sinh về các con vật xung quanh, dẫn dắt vào bài mới. * Cách tiến hành:
3. - Hs nghe bài hát: Con muỗi - Hs lắng nghe - Trong bài hát nĩi về con vật nào? Bài hát nĩi về con muỗi - Con muỗi gây hại gì cho sức khỏe con người? - Hơm nay cơ và các em sẽ tìm hiểu tiếp bài “Các con vật xung quanh em”. 2. Khám phá ( 20 phút) HĐ1: Lợi ích và tác hại của các con vật xung quanh em * Mục tiêu:Hs biết lợi ích và tác hại của các con vật đối với sức khỏe con người. * Cách tiến hành: - GV cho HS quan sát tranh SGK (trang 78, 79) thảo luận nhĩm bốn. - Hs thảo luận nhĩm + Con vật đĩ cĩ lợi ích gì? + Con vật đĩ tác hại gì đối với con người? - Yêu cầu Hs trình bày - Hs trình bày - GV và Hs nhận xét KL: Xung quanh chúng ta cĩ rất nhiều con vật. Cĩ rất nhiều con vật cĩ ích cho con người như: cung cấp thức ăn, giữ nhà, Nhưng cũng cĩ con vật gây hại cho con người: phá hoại mùa màng, truyền dịch bệnh, HĐ2: Phân nhĩm con vật cĩ ích và con vật gây hại *Mục tiêu: Hs phân biệt được một số con vật theo lợi ích hoặc gây hại của chúng đối với con người. * Cách tiến hành: - GV yêu cầu HS lấy tranh ảnh các em đã chuẩn bị dán vào bảng phụ các con vật theo 2 nhĩm cĩ ích và gây hại - Hs thực hiện - Sau đĩ các nhĩm lên chia sẻ sản phẩm. + Chúng cĩ ích gì đối với con người? + Chúng gây hại như thế nào cho con người? + Chúng ta cần phải cĩ hành động gì với những con vật gây hại? + Chúng ta cần phải cĩ hành động gì với những con vật cĩ ích? - GV và Hs nhận xét KL: Cĩ những con vật ích và cĩ những con vật gây hại cho con người. - Gv yêu cầu Hs đọc lại các từ khĩa trong bài: “Con vật – Cĩ ích – Gây hại.” 3. Củng cố (3 phút) * Mục tiêu:Hs kể tên được các con vật gây hại và cĩ ích. * Cách tiến hành: - GV cho HS thi đua kể tên các con vật cĩ ích và vác con vật gây hại. - Gv nhận xét tiết học 4. Objective: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: 1. Knowledge: - Repeat and understand a short story. - Identify and say the words they have learnt. - Revew sounds /b/ (letter b), /k/ (letter c), /ỉ/ (letter a), and /d/ (letter d) - Review vocabulary: ball, bike, Bill, book, cake, car, cat, cup, apple, bag, can, hat, desk, dog, door, duck. - Review Structures: Hi, I’m _____. Bye, _____...... 2. Skills. - Listening, reading and speaking. 3. Attitude/ Quality: - Have concentration, listen carefully, express idea during lesson - To help Ss loving English. C. Teaching aids: CD, Phonics cards D. Procedure: I. Warm-up: - Revising the sounds and words - Show flashcards of the letters b, c, a and d. Have pupils say the letter names and the letter sounds. - Stick some flashcards including some pictures of the words from Unit 1 to Unit 4 on the board. Write the words on the board. Have pupils match. II. New lesson 1. Listen and repeat: - Show the picture and ask: Who’s the boy? Who’s the girl? What are they doing? - Play the recording several times for pupils to listen and repeat the sentences in the bubbles of picture 1. - Repeat the same procedure with Pictures 2, 3 and 4. Correct pronunciation, if necessary. Give further support to those pupils who find it difcult to do the task. - Play the recording again and invite some pairs of pupils to listen to the recording and repeat the story in front of the class, saying Well done! when they performed well. Encourage them to use gestures, face expressions,... when they repeat the story. - Have pupils work in pairs to look at the book and read the story aloud. Encourage them to use gestures, face expressions, Observe and support pupils when needed 2. Look and circle:
5. - Show the picture, point to the things and ask: What is this? - Ask pupils to look at the other pictures and circle the words in the chain, saying Now use your pencil to circle the words. Give pupils time to work. Give further support to those pupils who find it difficult to do the task. - Invite some pupils to show what they have done. - After the pupils have finished circling the words, ask them to look at the story again and circle the dog, the book, the cat and the duck in the pictures of the story. Then ask them what things they can see in the pictures and have them cirlce these things (in the pictures there are some things that pupils have learnt: bike, ball, cake, car, etc...). Have pupils read all of the names of the things they have circled. III.Wrap-up - Have ss practise reading.
