  1. WEEK 32 UNIT 17: WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO EAT? LESSON 2. 4 + LESSON 3 (4 + 5) Time: Tuesday, May 10th 2022 A. OBJECTIVES - By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: 1. Knowledge - Listen and circle the letters showing the correct answers. - Read the paragraphs, and do the tasks: - Write about their eating habits, using the guiding questions. - Put foods and drinks into two groups: very healthy and not very healthy. - Sentence Patterns: Revision - Vocabulary: Revision 2. Skills: listening, reading and writing 3. Attitudes/ Quality - To help Ss know how to talk about their eating habits 4. Forming competence - Communication - Self- study - Apply what they have learned to solve learning tasks - Present in front of the class B. LANGUAGE FOCUS - Sentence Patterns: Revision - Vocabulary: Revision C. INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES - laptop, loudspeaker - poster D. LEARNING PLAN Activity 1. Warm – up 1. Saying the chant “Healthy food and drink” 2. Names: food and drink Activity 2. Listen and circle a, b or c - Have pupils read the sentences and groups of words given - Tell sts that they are going to listen and circle a, b or c to answer the questions - Play CD – sts listen and circle - Get sts’ answer - Give feedback * Key: 1. b 2. c 3. b 4. b - Get sts practice reading the sentences - Call some sts read aloud Activity 3. Read and do the task a. Match the headings with the paragraphs - Tell the class that they are going to read the paragraphs and match them with the headings. - Give instruction.
