Listen and tick Have pupils look at pictures on page 13 of the Student Book. Elicit the identification of the characters in the pictures and the characters’ words. Tell pupils that they are going to listen to the recording and tick the pictures they hear. - Play the recording 2 times. - Play the recording again pupils check their answers. Warm -up Watching the song “Days of the week” Acyivity 2. - Whole class: Have pupils turn their books to Page 18 - Ask pupils about the characters in the pictures - Explain the meaning of the language practised. - Play the recording all the way through for pupils to listen, and point to the appropriate line in their books. - Play the recording again for pupils to repeat the lines in the speech bubbles. Repeat the steps a few times. - Some Ss role play and the others comment. - Ask Ss to role play. - Ask Ss to role play before the class. 2.
