- WEEK 30 Wednesday, April 10th 2024 UNIT 17: OUR TOYS Lesson 3- Activity 1, 2, 3 I. OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: - correctly repeat the sounds of the letters i and oy in isolation, in the words kite and toy, and in the sentences She has a kite. and He has a toy. with the correct pronunciation and intonation. - To identify the target words kite and toy while listening. - To say the chant with the correct rhythm and pronunciation. 1. Knowledge/ Language focus: - Phonic: Sound / i/ and /oy / - Vocabulary: review - Sentence patterns:review 2. Skills: - Listening and speaking. 3. Quality /Attitude: -Actively participate in activities with their classmates in pairs, groups or class. Educate Ss about toys. Competences: SS can develop some competences: Motivation, adaptability, problem-solving, integrity, communication. - *Aims: to help ss to review the old lesson and be happy to learn new lesson. *Teaching techniques: - techiques in teaching playing game *Procedure: -Review the previous lesson by having the class play the game with the words: kite, -SS play game plane, doll, train, bus, car, ship. - Divide class into 4 teams. - Set rules: invite 1 student to go to the board look at the picture, then say aloud which one is missing. Tell them about the activity.
